When will Thaïa be available?
Now: Thaïa is available on iPhone, on the App Store.
Where does Thaïa work?
All over the world: artworks, monuments and museums, in every country. France is where coverage is most complete today.
How much will Thaïa cost?
Thaïa is free. Two optional subscriptions go further: Thaïa+ (€4.99 a month or €39.99 a year) and Premium (€9.99 a month or €79.99 a year). No commitment, cancel anytime from your Apple account settings. Prices in France; they may vary by country.
How does Thaïa handle my voice and data?
Thaïa does not record your voice or the text of your questions on its servers. To answer you, your conversations are processed by our artificial intelligence provider, which may keep them for up to 30 days for security purposes, without using them to train its models. Everything is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Which languages are supported?
French, English, and Spanish form the initial foundation. Additional languages will be added as the service expands.
Do I need a connection? Does it work abroad?
Thaïa needs a connection for real-time voice and the map. Abroad, mobile data or Wi-Fi is enough.
Which devices will be supported?
Thaïa is available on iPhone. The Android version is coming soon: we are making the iPhone version rock-solid first.
How do I delete my account and my data?
From the app. If you delete your account, the associated data is erased from our servers. For any other erasure request, write to us at contact@thaia-app.com.
Does Thaïa sell my data?
No. No data is sold to third parties, and no advertising identifier is used.
I represent a cultural venue: is Thaïa for me?
Yes. Museums, sites, cities, galleries and independent venues can present their content and events in Thaïa, while keeping control over what is published. Thaïa is entering a pilot deployment phase with its first venues.
